She will take over from Yves de Montmollin, who after 20 years with the Bank – including half that time spent as CEO – will join the Board of Directors, becoming its Vice-Chairman in April 2025.

As the Bank’s Chairman and primary shareholder Jean Berthoud acknowledges that Yves de Montmollin has made a significant impact on the Bank’s growth trajectory. Under his leadership the Bank has doubled in size over the past decade. She has broad expertise across all asset classes, having led operations for global financial institutions from Paris, Luxembourg and Geneva. Her notable dedication to ESG issues is aligned perfectly with the values of Bonhôte, a certified B Corp. Kim-Andrée Potvin is a pioneering and forward-thinking leader, poised to infuse a new vitality into the continuity of a history that today spans 210 years.
