Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV

Real estate fund

At Bonhôte Bank, we believe that every client is UNIQUE.

Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV, launched in October 2006, is an investment fund listed on the Swiss stock exchange. Drawing on Bonhôte's expertise in real estate, the fund rigorously selects properties offering appreciation potential and attractive returns.

Over its 20-year history, the fund has built up a solid, long-term portfolio with steadily increasing performance.

The fund is completely tax-exempt for investors, both in terms of the initial investment and the annual dividend payment. The dividend is offered as a UNIQUE option: investors can choose to receive it in cash or in the form of new shares.

Two-pronged investment strategy

Through rigorous management, Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV aims to generate stable growth and attractive returns for its investors over the long term.

The investment strategy is mainly based on two pillars: the acquisition of new and recent residential properties and a sustainability policy for the renovation of its buildings.

Portfolio value

The total value of the portfolio amounted to CHF 1.4 billion at the end of 2025. It comprises around 100 properties. Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV favors high-quality assets in strategic locations, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland, such as transport hubs and lakeside areas.
