20th anniversary of our Biel/Bienne branch
To mark the 20th anniversary of its Biel/Bienne branch, Bonhôte Bank is expanding its office space, hiring three new managers and an assistant, making this the largest wealth-management team in the Biel/Bienne Seeland region
Bonhôte is celebrating its twentieth anniversary in Biel/Bienne in memorable fashion, expanding the floorspace in its branch by 150m2 to accommodate four new employees joining as of today.
These employees are Rico Tanner (56), Markus Meyer (57), Dimitri Müller (34) and Adrianna Kiss (27), who are joining from various leading banking institutions.
Philippe Borner, who has headed up the branch for the past decade, will be withdrawing from day-to-day management ahead of early retirement. During this period, he will hand over management of the branch to Rico Tanner, formerly head of UBS in the same region.
The new employees will be situated on the first floor of the branch, in new 150m2 offices newly fitted out for the occasion.
"I’m delighted with how the Biel/Bienne branch has grown and developed over the past 20 years,” says Philippe Borner. “With the arrival of our new colleagues, we are now the largest wealth-management team in the region, enabling us to continue offering our clients first-rate services and to develop our business. I wish my new colleagues every success and look forward to handing over management of the branch to Rico Tanner, whose many years’ experience and broad network will be important assets for our institution.”
“It’s a huge honour for me and my team to join Bonhôte – the only private bank in the region,” says Rico Tanner, the new branch manager. “Its personal touch, approachability as well as the quality of its client service have made its reputation what it is today. We’re delighted to be part of this remarkable growth story. I’d like to thank the management team and our new colleagues for their trust in us and for the warm welcome we’ve received.”
